  Gucci by Gucci Pour Homme is an unforgettable Woody Chypre fragrance for men, released in 2008 by Aurélien Guichard. This modern chypre woody scent is a captivating blend of top notes including Cypress, Violet and Bergamot, middle notes of Tobacco leaves and Jasmine and base notes of Patchouli, Leather, Amber, Elemi resin and Olibanum. The fragrance, which will debut in September, is a masculine and modern companion to the previous edition of Gucci by Gucci. Developed with Givaudan and P&G by Gucci’s creative director, Frida Giannini, the perfume is housed in a smoky, transparent glass bottle with a signature silver horse-bit top. The Gucci by Gucci Pour Homme campaign will star James Franco, directed by Jan Wentz and filmed in the style of James Dean. The commercial was photographed by Inez van Lamsweer
